Many times, this thought has come to my mind: Where should the Digital Marketing position should be?  Shall Belong to Brand or Support Services?

Both of them have Pros and Cons I might say…

For example, if you have it in the Support Services, it allows you to drive in a better way the General Digital Marketing Policy of the company. Instead, the contact with the Brand will not be as closed as it should be.

If we have this position within the Brand or the Unit, the brand will benefit from having someone pushing out so closely to the brand, but the company might lose a global image.

 

So, what would be my advice?

In my opinion, there are 3 steps that the Pharmaceutical Company might follow.
